Meet the Founder

Kait CostAnti

Originally from North County San Diego, Kait studied International Business at Munich Business School, where she developed a love for European design, travel, and culture. Her passion for design began with fashion—an appreciation for color, texture, craftsmanship, and the way thoughtful details can tell a story.

After falling in love with Montana while visiting family, she made Bozeman home and founded BASH Event Productions in 2012. Today, she spends her days creating celebrations that feel deeply personal and rooted in place.

When she's not working, you'll find her adventuring with her husband, Pete, and their two boys, Leo and Bowie. From the olive groves of Puglia and the streets of Copenhagen to the mountains of Nepal, travel continually inspires her—but she's always happiest returning home to Montana, where life revolves around family, the outdoors, and a few too many animals.

Callie

A homebody to my core, but with a deep rooted passion in experiencing the world around me - the cultures, the landscapes and the unique lifestyles of those who differ from me drive my inspiration to understand each person individually and their “Why”. I lie right in the middle of left brained and right brained - simply put; a problem solver with a love for creativity.
Callie studied Internal organizational communication in Charlotte, North Carolina before making her way to Montana in 2017. A slower pace and a lifestyle heavily influenced by nature is where she belonged all along.

Callie has had a true passion for the wedding industry since the very beginning, with 8 years of experience in the rental, design and logistics world before making the transition to wedding planning. Her dedication and love for the industry is driven by one common goal - a very happy couple at the finish line of a long planning process. When not working, Callie is an avid yogi, brewery-goer, skier, adventurer, lover of fresh, whole foods and mama to a small wiener dog with a big personality.

Growing up in a ski town, Molly always had a lifelong love of the arts—more creativity, more style, and maybe just a little more funk. That pursuit eventually led her to Bozeman, Montana, where she studied marketing and discovered her true passion: creating unforgettable experiences through events.

Molly found joy in transforming the ordinary into something memorable. She brings warmth and calm to every client relationship, pairing thoughtful design with seamless logistics so the experience feels effortless from start to finish.

When she's not working, you'll find her skiing, fishing, biking, or fully committed to a Canadian tuxedo — whether at an event or on a mountain, the best moments are always the ones shared in good company.
